The Team Behind Every Journey

Our People Make It Happen

At ClubMates Travel, it takes a team of passionate people to make supported travel possible.

  • Our bookings staff know the NDIS inside and out. They help participants plan their trip, organise supports, and take the stress out of the process.
  • Our on-tour support crew and tour leaders make sure every journey runs smoothly and safely, while keeping the focus on fun and connection.
  • Our bus drivers handle the long distances and accessibility logistics that make each trip achievable.
  • And when everyone’s back home, our marketing team captures the magic — creating photos and videos that passengers and their loved ones will treasure.

With around 70 team members across Australia and overseas, we’re proud to be the country’s largest supported travel provider, united by one goal: helping people with disabilities experience the joy and freedom of travel.

Why Work With Us

Myth: Working for ClubMates Travel means getting paid to go on holidays. It won’t feel like work at all!

Fact: It’s one of the most challenging but rewarding jobs you’ll ever do.

Working with ClubMates Travel isn’t an easy job, but it’s one you’ll never forget.

Our team works hard to make travel possible for people who otherwise couldn’t experience it. You’ll help passengers step outside their comfort zone, see new places, and build confidence in ways that change their lives.

It’s not always glamorous — there are long days, early mornings, and plenty of problem-solving. But there’s also laughter, teamwork, and the kind of moments that remind you why you do it. You’ll see people achieve things they never thought possible, and you’ll be part of showing the world what true inclusion looks like.

You’ll be part of something bigger — helping people with disabilities be seen, included, and valued in the community.
