Coach Driver
The Job:
- Driving from Melbourne to various destinations all over Australia.
- Assisting with loading and unloading passengers in wheelchairs using the inbuilt lift and loading luggage into the trailer.
- Interacting with and assisting passengers to ensure they have the holiday of a lifetime.
- Collaborating with on-tour support staff and the tour leader for the daily operations of the tour.
- A current HR license with VIC CPV drivers accreditation.
- Solid driving experience.
- A fun-loving, happy personality able to make the trips fun for our passengers.
- Can-do attitude, cool under stress and ability to improvise during unforeseen travel hiccups.
- Willingness to be away from home for 3 to 12 days per tour.
- While experience is preferred, your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and love for driving are what matter most!

Tour Leader
Looking to take charge and create unforgettable experiences for others?Â
Join our team as a Casual Tour Leader!
In this role, you’ll need to blend leadership with disability support, guiding our support workers, and assisting our passengers throughout their journeys. It’s a challenging position that involves long, demanding days, but the rewards are immense. You’ll help create unforgettable experiences and get paid to explore beautiful destinations!
Your Responsbilities:
- Travel Coordination: Guide and assist our support crew, ensuring they are confident and calm. Ensure activities are well-organized, accessible hotel rooms are properly allocated, meals are efficiently planned, and the driver is well-informed of the routes and schedules.
- Problem Solving: Think on your feet and improvise in the event of changes or unforeseen travel hiccups. Manage difficult conversations and handle conflicts between staff and/or passengers with composure, logic and compassion.
- Leadership and People Skills: Work effectively with a diverse range of personalities from assertive to anxious, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported. Support new staff and maintain morale even in stressful or challenging situations.
- Provide Personal Care and Support: Stepping in to cover support workers if they are unwell, understaffed, or struggling with the workload.
- Melbourne based.

On Tour Support Crew
Are you a support worker who wants something a little different?
This hybrid role requires a unique combination of skills as you are both a disability support worker AND a travel guide. It’s hard work, with long exhausting days, but it’s also the most rewarding experience you could ask for, and you get paid to see the world!

- Majority Melbourne based, but occasionally we need people from Sydney or Brisbane
