If you answered yes to any of these question then a role within Clubmates maybe ideal. Clubmates offer supported holiday for people who are unable, or do not want to travel alone, we explore both Australian and International destination. The hours of work for our on tour staff vary, and currently we hire casual staff due to the nature of our work being seasonal, we encourage people to have other work as it provides a solid skill base to the people we are supporting. The NDIS has changed our work flow and we are seeking suitably qualifies staff to assist passengers on tour, so if you are keen for a change in lifestyle we may be able to help!! Our holidays depart from every capital city in Australia and the length is from 3-12 days for a group holidays, while individual holidays can be for as long as the passenger requests.

Support Crew

Our Support Crew (Support staff) are the front line people making the holiday a success for the passenger, it’s a vitally important part of the team as the support crew provide assistance for our passengers by, managing money, Medication and personal care if required along with making sure the passenger is having fun. They need to have a positive go getter attitude with the ability to think outside the box.

Qualification in support work or similar are required and you must have and have the ability to use a smart phone efficiently.

Tour Leaders

Our tour leaders are logical positive thinkers with an adventurous streak and want to explore this wonderful world. They manage the operation of the tour and make sure all passengers are having a fun, safe and productive holiday. They need to have the skills to manage a team of support crew, offering providing solid positive leadership so they can perform at the best.

Experience managing staff is essential and experience in the disability sector is preferable. Computer skills a distinct advantage along with your own smart phone and the ability to use it as required.


We use many different types of vehicles, from HR vehicles down to small passenger vehicles, The drivers drive all over Australia with passengers and are required to ensure the vehicles are always clean neat and tidy. The driver is also responsible for stock control of the vehicle, and updating the office with low stock levels. Drivers Certificate is essential along with a HR license.
