February - Friendship Month

Tc & Cs

1. Eligibility:

  • Open to all ClubMates Travel customers.
  • Valid for bookings made during the month of February 2024.

2. Discount Details:

  • The discount applies to the gap fee on the Travel Invoice for out of pocket expenses excluding Travel Insurance, Spending money and NDIS payments.
  • The passengers  are entitled to a 22% discount

3. How to Redeem:

  • To receive the discount, both passengers must contact ClubMates and mention their friend’s name. Once both have booked, the discounts have been applied.
  • Both friends must be travelling on the same trip.

4. Travel Dates:

  • This promo is valid for group or individual domestic trips in 2024, excluding Easter & New Year’s Eve trips.
  • Travel dates are subject to availability.
  • If you have a confirmed booking within the promotional period and the trip is cancelled by us, we will honour your discount for another trip

5. Payment:

  • To receive the discount, passengers must confirm their booking during February and pay the deposit within 14 days or final payment as specified on the invoice whichever comes sooner.

6. Cancellation Policy:

  • Standard cancellation policies apply. Please refer to our website or contact us for details.
  • If both passengers have applied discounts and one friend cancels their booking, the discount for the original passenger’s booking will be voided.
  • If one friend postpones their trip and books for a later date, their discount will be voided however their friend’s discount will remain.

7. Miscellaneous:

  • This promo cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
  • ClubMates Travel reserves the right to modify or terminate this promo at any time without notice.
