I just wanted to let you know how much Heidi thoroughly enjoyed her trip with Clubmates. It was the first interstate tour that she has been on, so none of us really knew what to expect - however we were all pleasantly surprised. Heidi liked her support worker very much (Tanya Badger), and I thank you for making sure to provide her with a good fit. I know myself how much planning & extra work is involved in trips where wheelchair accessibility is required, and what a huge amount of work it takes to do so successfully. You've done very well, and I sincerely appreciate the enormous amount of effort you've put in to making sure Heidi, as well as the other holiday-goers, had an opportunity to see parts of Australia they might not have been able to ever see otherwise, and for making sure that they a good time whilst doing so, safely. Thank you very much for taking such good care of her, and for making her holiday so special - it'll be a very special memory for her. Heidi's favourite parts of the trips were Movie World and Sea World.

I enjoyed this holiday, and I would book another ClubMates Holiday. The booking was easy, the ClubMates support crew were friendly and approachable. Dwayne enjoyed his day at Australia open tennis with carer Rodney, Rodney was very caring to Dwayne and did his duty with great professionalism, very impressed. Nothing could have been done better Rodney gave Dwayne a great day out. Great companion and fantastic company. Would like to commend ClubMates on their services everything was excellently handled from the beginning to end. Thanks Peter and your team.

Could you please pass on to Clubmates staff member Alicia heartfelt thanks from recent client, Lolita (and that of her support staff from her residential accommodation) for the effort made in taking not only photos but so many fantastic videos from Lolita’s recent holiday to the Gold Coast. Alicia downloaded all the holiday photos and videos onto Lolita’s mobile phone which enables us to support Lolita in showing them on the big television screen in her home. It has been fantastic for Lolita, her housemates, and staff to be able to view, watch and hear all the amazing experiences Lolita enjoyed whilst on holidays. From all accounts provided by Lolita, Alicia made this a once in a lifetime holiday experience, one which will be cherished with many happy memories.
